We focus on two neighbor island festivals: the Ocean film festival on Kauai and the Maui Music Festival in Hana, MauiFest. Founders of the Ocean Fesitival in its tenth year, Teri Tico and Meli Sanders, talk about the origins of the festival and some of the highlights this year. MauiFest director Kenneth Martinez Burgmaier reveals why he felt the festival was necessary and outlines plans for its second year program on Maui and Molokai and in September and October.
